UK customers

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Orders will usually be dispatched same day if ordered before 3pm Mon-Fri. We can usually also dispatch on a Saturday morning. 

We offer First and Second Class Royal Mail and special delivery options.

 

Overseas customers

 

Outside of the UK? We dispatch standard airmail (untracked) or there is a tracked option to purchase at checkout. If you are ordering anything of value, we recommend the tracked option.

 

Important to read

Postage is calculated on checkout depending on the weight of each item and the size of the package. If any postage has been overpaid we will always refund you the difference so you're always paying the correct cost for delivery.

 

Our packaging

We use eco friendly green bubble wrap, eco flow biodegradable starch packing materials (compostable), eco friendly paper parcel tape and sticker labels.

We re-use cardboard boxes where possible. Where not possible, we use eco friendly cardboard suppliers, our main supplier being Priory Direct. Their boxes are recyclable, biodegradable and sustainable. They raise a lot for charitable causes including Rainforest Trust UK and Save the Children.

Small items of jewellery are sent in a black organza gift bag on a bed of acid free, recyclable tissue paper.
